Oh…Twelfth has arrived

Last year when I used to still be more human, bunking school if there was an available chance, I wondered how all those twelfth graders were able to walk while reading. I discovered on Thursday, the day of the first cycle test (which happened to be chemistry), that it wasn’t all that difficult. You just had to pray that others got out of your way and hope that they did. But then again it all depends on luck.
I think its going to be a little more than tough to accept that I’ve come to XII. Firstly because that would mean that my class guys won’t forever be in the corridors, which would mean it’ll be too noisy in the classroom, which in turn would give me a headache(meaning lots and lots of aspirins). Secondly, it means no more free periods. For having been able to get a free period as and when we wanted it, it’s going to a HUGE change. But I still think I have an advantage. I have some of the best teachers who make even the toughest of chapters so easy and furthermore, fun. So I should be able to get through these next five or six months without much of a problem…
But still XII. The worst part is, I’m dreading FOPs asking me which class I’m in, and as soon as I tell them, them asking me whether I’ll make it into IIT and whether I’ll be school topper. Yes, now if I can do all those, then I wouldn’t exactly be normal, would I?
And in case your wondering what or who are FOPs, it’s my abbreviation for “Friends Of Parents”.:)
